When Woven Arts of Africa was born on 1 August 2004, it not only had the ambition and aim to perceive its passion but also to make use of the skills of the weavers talents which would have gone to waste due to the previous company’s action in closing its doors.

From the beginning, Woven Arts of Africa devoted itself to perfecting the production in quality, fine detail, a variety of designs and customization. We now distribute worldwide.

Woven Arts of Africa is an original company who gives you the opportunity to see the process in creating these pieces of art. When visiting our  facilities this is made available free of charge.
One of the most identifiable aspects of our company is that it is almost impossible to tell the difference between the front and the back of a woven piece.
In order to achieve this perfection we make the time to get involved with the production of each woven piece, to be sure the outcome symbolize the product that was requested.
